Miss Ghana 2012, Naa Okailey Shooter , Saturday made history when she emerged third (second runner-up) at the 2013 Miss World beauty Pageant held in Bali, Indonesia.

Miss Okailey becomes the first Ghanaian to make a top five position in the prestigious beauty pageant. Earlier in the week, Naa Okailey came third in Miss World Beach Fashion finals.

Her Beauty with a Purpose presentation on Buruli Ulcer also made it to the list of top 10 selected projects. Miss Megan Young of the Philippines was crowned Miss World 2013, while Miss France emerged first runner-up.
