Rapper, Medikal was captured on video spraying some dollar bills on the streets of the University of Ghana Campus in Accra.

It seems Medikal is trying very hard to create the impression that he is rich after it was recently reported, he had purchased a car for his new found girlfriend, Fella Makafui.

I think he is also taking advantage of the controversy surrounding his relationship with Fella Makafui to get himself in the news.
