The organizers of the The Hope City Launch Concert say what Chris Brown smoke at the event was not weed. They say he was smoking something called cigarette simulator which is an electronic cigarette designed as an alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes.

Even if Chris Brown didn’t smoke weed at the event, what he said was more damaging then the smoking. He actually ask all the people at the event to smoke weed because it was good. Watch the video below and let’s know what you think?
