According to information gathered by Reportghananews.com, The man lying on the ground was caught sleeping with a single unmarried woman at the northern part of Nigeria. The people say he has broken the Islamic sharia law and so they have decided to give him 24 strokes of the cane as punishment for his act.

Apparently, men are not suppose to sleep with women until they get married.
