The Ghana Railway sector is gradually growing although we are still not at the level we were back in the 1960s when Kwame Nkrumah was the President of Ghana. The current Government has promised to revamp the Railway sector with the help of loans from China. A vibrant railway sector would help to decongest the roads, and provide faster alternative means of hauling goods within the country and beyond.
