Nigerian Police Officer was captured on a video trying to take bribe from a motorist. The police man was basically demanding about 25000 Naira which translate into $154. The motorist said he could only afford $12, but the police officer got angry and proceeded to arrest the motorist for refusing for pay the amount he wanted.
